Did you know that every batch of our wines is tested in two different laboratories? These tests guarantee that our wines truly contain no sugar and no carbs. Only after approval are we allowed to state on the label that our wines contain 0 grams of sugar and 0 grams of carbs.

For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.
